The Grand Ballroom provides an intimate backdrop for weddings, receptions, Quinceañeras and corporate meetings.  In this elegant environment, your guests will enjoy beautiful historic surroundings reminiscent of Chicago’s great jazz era.  This is the place where your special event will sparkle.  Our culinary excellence, stellar service and exquisite surroundings will enchant your guests.

Facility Rental
Sunday – Saturday $3,170

Includes:
• 5-hour event
• Room set-up and breakdown
• Facility access 2 hours prior to event
• Sound system and sound engineer
• Tables and chairs for 400 guests
• Security officers

Facility rental does not include food, bar and linens. Packages are available.
Additional hours: $500/hr facility rental plus hourly costs for labor
and security.
Rental times: 11am – 4pm, 12pm – 5pm, 6pm – 11pm, 7pm – 12am
and 8pm – 1am
Security deposit of $1,000 required in addition to the facility rental. 
Payment Terms: 40% payment of total event cost to reserve date, 40% due 6 months prior to event and remainder due 12 days prior to event.

• Microphones: $175 each, wireless microphones $200 each
• Additional sound/AV equipment

• Curbside doorman: $120
